AGOT More Bookmarks (originally by blackninja) | The Citadel: A Game of Thrones Mod (2024)

I noticed that some of blackninja's bookmarks in his "More Bookmarks" mod weren't working, so I updated the character chars and got rid of some events that weren't needed for 2.1. I also used his work as a template to add 2 new bookmarks--Crowning of the Conciliator and Reyne Rebellion. Major props to blackninja though, I merely just added on

List of extra bookmarks:

• The Crowned Dragon- right after Aegon wins the war and is crowned

• Targaryen Rule - 10 years into Aegon's reign

• Death of the Conqueror - beginning of Aenys' reign

• Crowning of the Conciliator - Jahaerys comes of age and is married to Alysanne (sort of like the Crowned Stag bookmark)

• Fall of the Three Daughters - Three Daughters is under attack by the combined forces of Pentos, Braavos, and Lorath

• Holy King - beginning of Baelor's reign after Daeron's death

• Great Council of 233 AC - ascendance of Aegon V to the Iron Throne
  

• Reyne Rebellion - Reyne-Tarbeck revolt against the Lannisters

• Defiance of Duskendale - Lord Darklyn imprisons Aerys II after he refuses to pay increased taxes
• Year of the False Spring - Kingswood Brotherwood is defeated, Jaime is sworn into the Kingsguard, and the Tourney of Harrenhal takes place
• Parley at Storm's End - Stannis and Renly parley to decide who should rule

It should work fine with most submods here--including MB 2.1

-added a NEW bookmark, Great Council of 233 AC, where Aegon V (Egg) ascends to the Iron Throne after the death of his father Maekar.

I probably won't just cause the Rise of Three Daughters and the Rogue Prince are just a couple of years before and after it.

Mostly expanding the events in these bookmarks is what I'm doing right now.

Yes, this doesn't change any game files (surprisingly).
